New Cambridge University Press E-Books Available
We have added to DiscoverEd, 304 new monographs and 113 new coursebooks from the following subject areas: American History, American Literature, Anthropology, Archaeology, Astronomy, British History, Classical Studies, Computer Science, Drama and Theatre, Earth and Environmental Sciences, Economics, Engineering, English Literature, European and World Literature, European History, Film, Media, Mass Communication, History Cross Discipline, History Other Regions, Language and Linguistics, Law, Life Sciences, Management, Mathematics, Medicine, Music, Philosophy, Physics, Politics and International Relations, Psychology, Religion, Sociology, Statistics and Probability. Most of the e-books are published by Cambridge University Press but some of the monographs are also published by Edinburgh University Press, Boydell & Brewer and the ISEAS–Yusof Ishak Institute.

This is the first batch of e-books to be loaded into DiscoverEd since Cambridge University Press launched Cambridge Core. This new website replaces the separate websites they previously maintained for their e-journals, e-books, Cambridge Companions series, Cambridge Histories series, University Publishing Online.

Access
Basic records for each e-book have been added to DiscoverEd, these will be overwritten with fuller records. Additional titles will be added throughout 2016 as further titles are published.

Archaeopress Digital Subscription Service
Following a successful trial last year we now subscribe to the Archaeopress Digital Subscription Service.
This is a package of e-books in archaeology. Around 10-15 new books are added each month. Subscribed and open access e-books will be added to the library catalogue/Searcher. The current list of titles can be found here and future updated lists will be available from our A-Z lists on the library website.
Online access requires the use of our library link listed in the EASE protected password page and then the Archaeopress login listed there.

Trial – Archaeopress
We have trial access to Archaeopress E-books until 28th October. Access on or off campus via the username and password listed on our password webpage (use EASE to access this).
Archaeopress digital subscription service currently includes over 300 archaeology e-book titles, including British Archaeological Reports. Around 10-15 new files are added each month.
