He was also signing copies of his excellent book,\u00a0<em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.theguardian.com\/books\/2015\/may\/18\/adventures-in-human-being-gavin-francis-review-john-epley-wirvell\">Adventures in Human Being<\/a>, <\/em>based on his experiences as a doctor.
