To celebrate her birthday and work we thought we would give you a taster of women\u2019s studies resources here at University of Edinburgh Library.<\/p>\n<p>1.\u00a0Take a look at the database <em><strong>Women, War &amp; Society<\/strong><\/em><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>(part of <em>Archives Unbound<\/em>). The First World War had a revolutionary and permanent impact on the personal, social and professional lives of all women. This database is a collection of primary source materials sourced from the Imperial War Museum, London that documents the essential contribution women made to the war in Europe. The Library has a large collection of books on various aspects of feminism, gender and women\u2019s studies. Have a look on the 2<sup>nd<\/sup> floor of the Main Library for books with shelfmarks <strong>HQ1101-2030.7<\/strong>\u00a0(women and feminism). Also on the 2<sup>nd<\/sup> floor have a look for <strong>JN979<\/strong>\u00a0(women\u2019s suffrage in the UK). On the 3<sup>rd<\/sup> floor why not look for the shelfmark <strong>P94.5.W65<\/strong>\u00a0(feminism or women in the media).
