Still growing, it is one of the most important sources available for qualitative social data in the UK.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mass Observation Project<\/strong> is made up of 3 modules covering the 1980s, 1990s and 2000s, and we have access to all 3 during the trial.<\/p>\n<p>You can access <strong>Mass Observation Project, 1981-2009<\/strong>\u00a0via\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ed.ac.uk\/information-services\/library-museum-gallery\/finding-resources\/library-databases\/e-resources-trials\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>\u00a0E-resources trials<\/strong><\/a>.<br \/>\nAccess is available on and off-campus.<br \/>\n<em>Trial access ends 24 June 2023.<\/em><br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.ed.ac.uk\/information-services\/library-museum-gallery\/finding-resources\/library-databases\/e-resources-trial-feedback-form\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Feedback welcome<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The Library already has access to <strong>Mass Observation Online<\/strong> the archives of the original Mass Observation project which was founded in 1937 and ran until the early 1950s. You can access this via our <a href=\"https:\/\/edinburgh-uk.libguides.com\/primary-sources\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Digital Primary Source and Archive Collections guide<\/a>, or via <a href=\"https:\/\/discovered.ed.ac.uk\/permalink\/44UOE_INST\/7g3mt6\/alma9913390473502466\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">DiscoverEd<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Please note, trial access to a resource is an opportunity for our staff and students to try a resource out and give\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.ed.ac.uk\/information-services\/library-museum-gallery\/finding-resources\/library-databases\/e-resources-trial-feedback-form\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">feedback<\/a>\u00a0on its quality and usefulness.
