The landing page of Qur&#8217;an Tool (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.quran-tools.com\">www.quran-tools.com<\/a>) provides a link to the open source version at the hosting institution directly:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/qurantools.mst.edu.au\/home.php\"><strong>Qur&#8217;an Tool<\/strong> <\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This is a powerful tool for the critical study of the text, construction, and language of the Qur\u2019an. Formulaic analysis is based upon the tools and techniques in <em><a href=\"https:\/\/qurantools.mst.edu.au\/help\/an-oral-formulaic-study-of-the-quran.php\">An Oral-Formulaic Study of the Qur\u2019an<\/a><\/em> (New York: Lexington, 2017 [2014]) by Dr. Andrew G. Bannister. You can simply look up a verse or browse the list of all Suras, root usage by Sura, word lists, word associations and intertextual connections. There is also a searchable dictionary derived from <a href=\"http:\/\/www.studyquran.co.uk\/PRLonline.htm\">Project Root List<\/a>, which has digitised several classical Arabic dictionaries (<em>al-Mufrad\u0101t f\u012b ghar\u012bb al-Qur\u02be\u0101n<\/em>, <em>Lis\u0101n al-\u02bfarab<\/em>, <em>T\u0101j al-\u02bfar\u016bs min jaw\u0101hir al-q\u0101m\u016bs<\/em>, and <em>An Arabic-English Lexicon<\/em> by E.W Lane) and made the data publicly available.
