{"id":110,"date":"2016-03-21T16:42:58","date_gmt":"2016-03-21T16:42:58","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/libraryblogs.is.ed.ac.uk\/jiscdatavault\/?p=110"},"modified":"2016-03-21T16:42:58","modified_gmt":"2016-03-21T16:42:58","slug":"the-datavault-sprints-ahead","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/libraryblogs.is.ed.ac.uk\/jiscdatavault\/2016\/03\/21\/the-datavault-sprints-ahead\/","title":{"rendered":"The DataVault sprints ahead"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Phase three of the DataVault project is now earnestly underway. \u00a0Two weeks ago we held the first of our monthly DataVault project meetings, with Mary McDerby and Thomas Higgins (University of Manchester) visiting us in Edinburgh. \u00a0One of the changes we are making to this final six month phase is to move to fortnightly development sprints.<\/p>\n<p>We&#8217;re now almost at the end of the first sprint, so reviewed the outputs during a Skype call today. \u00a0We use <a href=\"https:\/\/trello.com\/\">Trello<\/a> to manage a backlog of tasks, which then get selected for the next sprint.
