We also have access to all British Periodicals collections until 31st December 2021 via <a href=\"http:\/\/libraryblogs.is.ed.ac.uk\/hcalibrarian\/2020\/06\/24\/proquest-access-350-600-years-of-world-history\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ProQuest Access 350<\/a>.*<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Library currently has trial access to several fantastic databases from <strong>ProQuest<\/strong> and I&#8217;m happy to let you know our access to these databases has recently been extended until the<strong> end of December 2016<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The databases included are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Women\u2019s Magazine Archive I and II<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>British Periodicals III and IV<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Los Angeles Times Historical Archive, 1881-1992<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>News, Policy and Politics Magazine Archive<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Luthers Werke<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Historic Literary Criticism<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You can access all of these trial databases via the <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ed.ac.uk\/information-services\/library-museum-gallery\/finding-resources\/library-databases\/e-resources-trials\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">E-resources trials page<\/a><\/strong>. This time period this newspaper covers was a period of great change in the American West, so this gives an intriguing insight into these developments. For more information see <a href=\"http:\/\/libraryblogs.is.ed.ac.uk\/pplslibrarian\/2016\/11\/02\/luthers-werke-weimar-ausgabe\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Luther\u2019s Werke (Weimarer Ausgabe)<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Historic Literary Criticism<\/strong> is a collection of over 20,000 historical contemporary reviews, essays and commentary related to more than 500 influential authors from the 17th to the early 20th century. The content comes from a range of sources such as contemporary periodicals as well as published and unpublished letters.
