Subject Guides are a\u00a0great place to start your search for resources.\u00a0If you haven\u2019t already, head over to the\u00a0<\/span>Subject Guides<\/span><\/a>\u00a0list and find all the most relevant library resources for your subject\u00a0and more…<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Explore the Library website\u00a0<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/h1>\n

It might sound obvious, but if you haven\u2019t already done so, have a flick through the\u00a0<\/span>Library\u00a0website<\/span><\/a>. <\/span>If you\u2019re looking to learn more about the Library and go beyond DiscoverEd, then start with the Library website. <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The website has a section dedicated to finding resources<\/a> \u2013 it will guide you to collections, databases, subject guides and more. You can also find information on requesting resources from other libraries, and explore the university’s cultural and heritage collections. <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Reach out to your ASL (Academic Support Librarian)<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/h1>\n

Every school has an ASL, a dedicated librarian to help\u00a0you\u00a0make the most of the\u00a0Library\u00a0throughout your studies.\u00a0If\u00a0you\u2019re\u00a0ever\u00a0having\u00a0library-related\u00a0trouble during your studies, your ASL is the person to reach out to.\u00a0You can find your ASL in your Subject Guide \u2013 yet another reason to go and look!<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Resource Lists\u00a0<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/h1>\n

Most\u00a0course reading lists will be hosted on Resource Lists<\/a>, but even if yours are not, this is a great place to find reading inspiration. The site hosts reading lists from courses across the university, just login and start searching!<\/span><\/p>\n

Follow Library S<\/span><\/b>ocial Accounts <\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/h1>\n

The Library has an active presence on social media, and this is a great place to look for news, updates, new resources and more. So, if you haven\u2019t already, give our accounts a follow!<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
