Web of Science Upgrade to version 5.25 – Maintenance Sunday 25 June 2017

Web of Science is undergoing scheduled maintenance on Sunday June 25, from 13.00 (BST) to Monday June 26, at 01.00 (BST).

During this time, access to the service may be intermittent and the service should be considered at risk during the maintenance period.

Clarivate Analytics apologise for any inconvenience as a result.

During the maintenance period there will also be an upgrade of Web of Science to version 5.25.

Web of Science update on Sunday 26th July

wos-logo_webThomson Reuters advise “This release, which will be live on July 26th, primarily focused on integrating ORCID data into our platform.  We have always supported ORCID’s when they have been attached to a RID, and now we are able to display them individually.

Weekend e-resource disruption

 

logoThe MyILibrary e-books website will be shut down for maintenance on Saturday 30th May – 1pm – 7pm.  Ingram Content Group apologise for any inconvenience that may be caused during this downtime.

 

wos-logo_webThomson Reuters have advised that Web of Science and Endnote Online are “at risk” during their maintenance period on Sunday 31st May 2015 – 1:00pm – 16:00pm.

They expect minimal interruption to the service for users who are logged into Web of Science™ or EndNote® Online. Thomson Reuters apologise for any inconvenience.

Web of Science Downtime Sat. 13th Dec

Upgrade/Maintenance will be managed between Sunday 19 Oct 14.00 GMT – Monday 19 Oct 02.00 GMT.  There is no disruption to access expected however there may be intermittent issues during the maintenance period. Thomson Reuters apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

There are no upgrades to EndNote (Online) or Researcher ID at this time and access to these resources is not affected, links of these products to Web of Science records may be subject to a slight disruption.

Web of Science upgrade

wos-logo_webWeb of Science will be upgraded this Sunday.  This will affect all areas of Web of Science and involve intermittent downtime between Sunday July 13th at 14:00 BST until Monday July 14th at 02:00 BST.

This upgrade includes personalisation of number of search fields on Basic Search, linked Hot Papers and Highly Cited Papers badges, a Medline update, improved Google Scholar linking, improved JCR category display and persistent sort order during a session.
